1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the VocaPop Chrome extension or visiting vocapop.nocoders.ai (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

VocaPop is a browser extension that allows users to save words and phrases from web pages, YouTube videos, and other content sources into a personal vocabulary list. The Service includes cloud synchronization of saved words when signed in with a Google account.

3. User Accounts

You may use VocaPop without an account (guest mode). Signing in with Google enables cloud sync and cross-device access to your vocabulary list.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service's API
  • Upload or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights

5. Intellectual Property

The VocaPop name, logo, and all related software are the property of the Service operator. Your saved vocabulary data remains your own. You grant us a limited license to store and sync your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
